Getting help and reporting a bug

Where to find help

Everything you need is in Settings ▸ Support. Open documentation takes you to the help center, and Contact support lets you reach the team directly. You can also visit the support site any time at support.brolla.app.

Create a support account

Use Support account to let the Brolla support team recognise you when you get in touch. Add your name and email, and your conversations are tied to you so there’s less back-and-forth. If you have an active licence, a support account also gets you priority help.

Reporting a bug or sharing feedback

If something isn’t working, Report a bug sends the details straight to the team. During the research preview you can also use Send Beta Feedback to share ideas and impressions while Brolla is still taking shape — both are read by real people.

Logs and diagnostics (and your privacy)

Sometimes the team needs a little technical context. Two tools help with that:

  • Show logs / Open logs folder opens a small, capped log of recent activity and errors. It never contains your media or your API keys.
  • Copy diagnostics copies a plain-text report — app version, system info, settings and your library location — that you can paste into a support message. API keys are never included.

Both are safe to share. They’re designed to help the team fix problems without ever exposing your footage or your private keys.
